NT CONFERENCE 2020 – STORY OF SUCCESSFUL TRANSFORMATION

NT Conference is the biggest IT and business conference in Slovenia. With 25 years of tradition, it attracts more than 2.300 attendees every year and it has a great impact not only on IT industry, but on entire Slovenian digital transformation.

Last year the world’s situation forced us to totally change the concept and transform the event from live to virtual in less than two months. We rapidly transformed the organizational plan, adapted and upgraded the content and offered two virtual technological and business events NT Remote.

The first one was held in May and the second, a special interactive virtual experience, in November. Both NT Remote virtual events were very successful and well accepted and therefore became the biggest and the most complex technological-business virtual events ever in Slovenia and in the region.

WELL-DESIGNED STRATEGY

Our biggest challenge was how to reach our objectives that we have set at the beginning of our transformation path. Through well-designed strategy of choosing the virtual platform, upgrading the content, adapting sponsorship opportunities we managed to present the added value to all of stakeholders. We managed to attract a high number of attendees, keep many of our partners and perform financially successful events.

INTERACTIVEW KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGE

NT Remote virtual events offered useful and practical knowledge through a multitrack concept, covering different technological and business segments, enabling the attendees to actively participate in the live stream. By giving relevant and valuable content we empowered attendees in different job positions with useful knowledge. NT Remote joined 76 speakers in a total of 119 sessions, which took place within 6 technological and 10 business content sets. We offered several different content forms:

- Lectures and round tables, live and on-demand
- Interactive hands-on workshops
- Individual consultation slots with the speakers
- Professional debates and individual meetings

INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCE ON A SMART VIRTUAL PLATFROM

When thinking about the event in November and how to bring it closer to a live experience, there was only one answer – to increase the interaction between all the stakeholder. Through NT Remote’s interactive smart platform we didn’t just create new connections, business deals and sales leads, but connected the entire Slovenian IT and business community in one place.

SPONSORSHIP WITH TANGIBLE RESULTS

We designed a special sponsorship strategy to help our partners follow their business goals and to gain quality sales leads. We offered several different cooperation opportunities, through which NT Remote became effective marketing and sales funnel for our partners and sponsors. After the event we provided them with reports on activities analytics. There were in total 343 1:1 sales meeting performed during the event.
